Hello! I’m Emily Santoso, an Indonesian-American visual development and background artist located in Pasadena, California.
I love experimenting with colors to express a character’s strong emotions and designing backgrounds that create interesting environments that tell a story. On the side, I run an artist alley business under the name Emileafs and table at conventions such as San Japan, Anime Impulse, and more.
Outside of art I love reading novels and webtoons, plein airing, and making risograph illustrations!
